Black Oar Studio is an AI-First Digital Experience Studio building premium websites, AI content systems, landing pages, automation workflows, AI search optimization, website audits, Shopify storefronts, and business profile control for founders and operators. A website is a static brochure. A Website System is conversion infrastructure — built with AI-ready architecture, modular content blocks, automation hooks, and analytics baked in from day one. It is designed to grow, integrate with content workflows, and remain relevant as AI and search continue to shift.

An AI Content System is a repeatable workflow that produces brand-consistent content (social posts, SEO articles, email, ads) at scale, using AI as the engine. You define brand voice, offer, and audience once. The system runs continuously, removing the manual content treadmill and freeing operator time.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) build the conditions an answer engine needs to find, read and reference you: structured data (JSON-LD), server-rendered content, FAQ schemas, and answer-shaped sections that still make sense quoted on their own. Published. Website audits are fixed price — $590 Core, $1,700 Deep, both credited in full against a build started within 60 days. The one-off business-profile packages are fixed too — $490 listing audit, $890 control setup; its monthly Watch and Care retainers are published per-location floors. Everything else has a published floor: landing pages from $1,980, website systems from $6,200, Shopify storefronts from $6,750, AI content systems from $2,880, automation from $1,080, AI search optimization from $1,600. The listed figures are floors for the scopes described, not a minimum engagement. Partial scopes, single components, and smaller builds are quoted individually — send the brief and you get a number back, usually within two business days.

Typical timelines: Landing pages 1–2 weeks. Full Website Systems 3–6 weeks. AI Content and Automation systems 2–4 weeks depending on workflow depth. Speed comes from senior, operator-led execution — direct contact, fast decisions, shipped builds.
